This is a reworking of a beautiful Victorian property in a Conservation Area, which allows for the occupants to accommodate a space and shower room for elderly relatives, should this become required. The design has improved vital ground floor circulation. The bespoke design was developed through careful discussion with the owners. Brunskill also provided Contract and project management advice on this project.
