MIXED USE PROJECTS
We provide architectural services planned to deliver your building on cost and on schedule. We are client focussed and will communicate with you regularly. It is important to us that your project works for you. We have years of expertise in producing design solutions and in many different building types including workspace, retail, educational and leisure.
TRANSPORT PROJECTS
We are ideal architects for rail projects in the UK, as some of our staff have decades of experience in transport infrastructure, buildings and master planning. With our network of engineering and other collaborators, we can tackle a wide variety of rail projects, from refitting accommodation in small stations to master planning studies for major projects.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
We design house extensions, bespoke new build and other types of residential projects. When addressing a residential project, it is paramount to understand the client’s requirements, and also to look at the opportunities the site gives us. We have experience both with traditional and heritage materials and also with modern minimalistic design. We provide assistance in the tender process if required and can also do site checks during the works, for example.
CONSERVATION
If you require a listed building consent, or your site is in a conservation area or an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) or greenbelt, we can usually assist you with suitable plans and negotiations. Meetings with Conservation Officers and others in the planning departments of Local Authorities are often necessary to look at what may achieve consent.

Interior Design
We offer an interior design service for space planning your business, redesigning your home or any other transformations. As with our architectural projects we pay keen attention to the forms, materials and colours that will be used. We also have much experience in developing suitable lighting schemes. We maintain a selected sample library to assist with the design work. Colour is also an important element when we are putting samples together.
INTERIOR DESIGN GENERALLY
We aim, through the use of flooring, wall colours/finishes, doors and architraves, to compliment the architectural style of the building and to ensure it is suitable for each individual client and the proposed use of the space. We are aware of trends and fashions, but will tend to offer a design which is basically timeless & classic where the works are permanent. We are used to designing with specialist electrical items and a variety of heating/ ventilation methods.
KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS
We have extensive experience planning kitchen and bathroom layouts to maximise space and functionality. We work alongside our clients to develop the ideal layout, selecting appropriate fittings, fixtures and equipment.
INTEGRATED FURNITURE
Working with you, we can develop clever integrated furniture systems that maximise storage and compliment your interior whilst being as visible or as invisible as the client prefers.
