Conservation Improvements Underway in Difficult Site.
We have just received Planning Permission to make alterations to this unused city centre office area. It will converted into some great apartments, with attractive interiors, probably to be sold. They are in a fantastic city centre location, would easily suit young or old professionals! This site has remained empty for quite a while. It is locally listed as well as being in a conservation area. Also the District Archaeologist
House refurbishment and Extension nearing Completion
An existing Victorian building is fully refurbished with integrated radiators and limed oak floors. the spacious and light filled contemporary extension is set level with a new patio which flows out to the west, for afternoon sun. Rooflights are remote controlled and their is underfloor heating. v
New Garden Room in the Pink by Brunskill Architects
Newbuild Ground Broken
This project is underway on this project. The walls will be rendered, and the roof tiles are red concrete, with oak doors. Foundations are deep in some areas due to the proximity of large trees. The site previously contained a bungalow, built about 30 years ago.
