We have just received Planning Permission to make alterations to this unused city centre office area. It will converted into some great apartments, with attractive interiors, probably to be sold. They are in a fantastic city centre location, would easily suit young or old professionals! This site has remained empty for quite a while. It is locally listed as well as being in a conservation area. Also the District Archaeologist had an interest in the building due to its history. We hope our 3d drawings helped convince the authorities that this will be a reasonable development in terms of Planning and Heritage. We also submitted a Statement of Significance & Impact for Heritage Assets, which we have been doing for listed building applications in various areas.
