Set behind the facade of a city centre Victorian house, this project is very refreshing to visit, we were trying to achieve a light and airy feel to the space which has been done. There’s a great feeling of serenity too. I think this is due not only to the client’s calmness, but also to the light, the views of the large garden and the underfloor heating with very pale porcelain floor tiling. The owners have a wonderful multifunctional space towards the garden, opening onto a stone terrace. Internally each area is distinct yet separate. Its great space for family and friends to get together.
