Addition and Loft conversion to Locally Listed Building

New spacious living room with sunny aspect to garden. This room will be quiet away from a busy road. The house has been turned back to front, within constraints of being a locally listed building in a Conservation Area. The room is very airy, almost barn like.

Underfloor heating, automatic roof windows and low energy lighting incorporated

Very small loft stair to avoid cutting space from any other room on the first floor. Meticulous survey and planning ensured this worked. We think this is the smallest Building Regulations compliant stair we have done so far.

New Dormer to suit Conservation Area requirements

Very small twisting alternating staircase makes space to accommodate a wet room in the loft as well as a double bedroom
