Planning Consent granted to our Hostel for the Homeless

We are delighted to announce that our design for a hostel for the homeless in Hertfordshire has been granted Conditional Planning consent. This design has been developed to a specific brief which we were involved with developing, and if approved , will provide 41 bedrooms for those in need. St Pancras Station Refit Works in Progress

These new designs we prepared for the washroom areas of the station have large numbers of facilites in a small space. There are concealed energy saving driers and all water and soap supply is on sensor control. The lighting strategy is one of simplicity. Finishes needed to be extremely robust to deal with literally millions of users every year. The facility will be open 24 /7.
