Project w7

This house, built we understand, in 1871, is set within a Conservation Area, and it is Grade II listed (included for group value according to listing made in 1987). The property is located within a set of 6 terraced cottages, all red brick with step pitched roofs, with a rear catslide roof. The reason for work to be done to the property was primarily to add a painting studio space for the owner. There were also other modest space-planning and energy saving improvements. The design included a small ground floor extension at the rear of the property. The client has been very pleased with the results.
