The House is a semi-detached Victorian house with brick elevations under a pitched and tiled pitched roof with expressed gables fronting onto the road. It is set within a Conservation Area. The property arranged over three floors has been divided into three flats, all owned by the applicant. The proposed extension for this building is a relatively small two storey side extension and a small rear extension. The proposals include reorganizing the layout to improve the use of the available space. Part of the extension proposal is to enlarge the old garage, create a new porch and refurbish the existing porch in corresponding style with the original design.
