Power of the People
Brunskill Design are pleased to announce we have been shortlisted by Dyson and Building Design magazine for an ideas competition for Bathrooms. The winner will be announced in November at the Architect of the Year Awards.
Our entry is about harnessing energy generated by people in washrooms. We focussed on washrooms with a high throughput and lots of cubicles. The key concept is an energy generating door hinge, which potentially has global appeal as it could be utilised within all sorts of buildings! There are other ideas for power of the people here too.
