This carefully designed refurbishment and extension project included reuse of some existing items that were being relocated. The new kitchen is lit by a new rooflight. We specified everything to a high degree and the project went smoothly. Some of the stained glass windows were existing single glazed that were backed with double glazing to improve energy efficiency. Some of the doors and windows were rearranged to improve the circulation and use-ability of spaces. Its difficult to see the join between old and new.
