The propriety is a detached bungalow of brick construction with areas of old render. The proposal is for a new facing wall proposed to be built on the front of the building and an insulated jacket of high performance render to be wrapped around the building which is to be wholly remodelled. The addition of a screened balcony to the rear and roof lights on the new roof extension is also proposed. These work will transform an extended 1950s bungalow on a very large plot, into an interesting, effective and well insulated 2 storey family house for the owners.
