Completed a little while ago for developers, this was a renovation and extension of a building that was near derelict and out of use for more than 5 years prior to our scheme design which gained Planning Permission for 3 apartments. The use of a curved roof design and lowered ground floor level was helpful in finding a suitable scheme with which the Planners were satisfied. This was a locally listed building within a Conservation area.
