The clients for this project required an improved connection to the garden. They wanted a very contemporary approach within the interior.

Large bespoke sliding folding doors separate different living areas. The high ceiling heights have been introduced to add to a feeling of light and space. This has been achieved by careful design of the steelwork.
Steel has usually been clad with oak in this case. The insulation used throughout is in excess of the building regulations requirements as the clients wished to save on fuel bills. Energy saving construction was examined using the SAP assessment method which we arranged and coordinated as part of our service.
This project was built by a relatively young, enthusiastic builder whom we introduced to the client, along with other possible build routes.
